I have no complaint. I bought shoes; I needed to send them back.
I didn't need packing slip. Phone call to get scan code was all rhat was needed and a trip to UPS.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. I finally received the refund for the returned merchandise.
It took 20 emails, 1 phone call (worthless response) and filing a dispute with credit card company. I only received 2 emails from the company.
Received an immediate confirmation that the return had been accepted, but no refund came through. Then returned 1 pair - same return location. Received refund within 2 hours of making the return. I emailed Vionics - NO response.
I called - talked with someone at "customer service". She requested help from a "manager". The answer was, "It takes us longer with multiple shoes on a return." Still no refund. Emailed again and again and again.
No response.
Two weeks - still no refund and no response. I filed a dispute with my credit card company.
User's recommendation: Do not order from this company. Buy your Vionics from a reputable retailer. Vionics can not handle online orders professionally.

Unable to get a return from online purchase. Phoning only sends you to online pages online is a run around.

Ordered a size 10 need to send back these 91/2 and get a size 10. I really like the shoe. Please let me know how I can send back the wrong shoe size and get the correct size 10.

I return shoes that cost me $130 via happy returns. I was notified that the return was accepted right away.
I was told the refund was processed October 14, 2023, today is now October 31, 2023 and I still have not received my refund and Im out the shoes, I have emailed back-and-forth at least 5 to 6 times with assurance that the refund has been processed and I would be receiving any day. It was up to my bank.
I contacted my bank they have not received any refund for this purchase. I am beyond frustrated I have been wearing bionic Sandals for over 10 years with no problem, but Ive never ordered from the bionic website before this is a joke I will be filing a dispute and complaint

I didn’t receive the product. Sent to an incorrect address. Not what I entered.
The shoes did not arrive. They where sent to 13640 my address is 13636.
Same as my credit card .

Two pairs of the exact same sandals in the same size and one pair is much longer and definitely wider!
I bought 2 pairs of size 8 sandals but in different colors. One pair fits well but the other pair is longer and wider with the straps very loose around my foot.
For the price I did not expect such ch discrepancy and poor fit! I am very disappointed.

Poor On Line Service
I have always loved my Vionic shoes. I recently ordered several of my favorite ones.
I received one of the sandals in the wrong color (I ordered black and received black patent - NOT what I ordered). When I contacted the company about their mistake, they had a very easy return process that was awesome. However; when I received what should have been the shoe I ordered, they sent back the one they had already sent me!! I am so frustrated and don't want to play the return game.
If they refuse to send the shoe I ordered and paid for, then they should let me know that I just have to take what they send.
I am VERY disappointed in their service; or should I say LACK of service. I have reached out to them and am still waiting (over a week) for any kind of a response.
- It is a great shoe which is why i continue to buy them

Shoes never received
I ordered Karley toe post sandals size 6M in black on 9/2/2023. My confirmaton number is 150********.
I tried calling your 800 number but was never connected. I also sent an email on Oct. 2nd and never received a response.
I am still interested in getting the shoes if they are still available, otherwise, I would like to get a refund for my purchase. Thank you for your assistance

Im having been trying to make a return for weeks! Ive written to no avail so Im trying again!
Ill NEVER buy Vionics again online! The returns are atrocious. Never ever have I ever seen a system so difficult to manage. So Im trying once again to send them back!
I have two pair of sandals that dont fit and I cant use!
So is there anything that can be done? The side of my shipping box says Vionic so I feel thats where I purchased them from.

All I want is to get some information on returning some thing that doesn't fit. But the hoops that I have to go through in order to do it drives me out of my mind.AND THEN!!!
There is no person available to talk to me call again and again and again, and again all different hours of the day!
And I live my life with ease. I am usually understanding of being busy.
But having to go through these damn hoops again ? NOT COOL!!!

Always an invalid link. Then took a picture of the label and. Sent.
No responses. I want a refund.
