I returned a pair of shoes via happy returns, and was confirmed on October 9, 2023. I was told the refund was issued on October 16, 2023 after several emails back-and-forth for two weeks now where I was assured the refund was processed and I had to wait for my bank.
I now contacted my bank and still they have not received any refund. It is now October 31, 2023. I am out a pair of shoes and $126. This is becoming beyond frustrating.
I will be filing a complaint and also a dispute for this amount with my bank. Ive always worn bionic shoes have never purchased from the website and never will again.

- I like the quality & durability of vionic shoes
Preferred solution: I really just wanted to finally express my disappointment that these shoes are soo big in appearance to be shoes for a woman. When i opened the box i thought a mistake had been made sending shoes for a man but they are my correct size.. uggggh : - (

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. I finally received the refund for the returned merchandise.
It took 20 emails, 1 phone call (worthless response) and filing a dispute with credit card company. I only received 2 emails from the company.
Received an immediate confirmation that the return had been accepted, but no refund came through. Then returned 1 pair - same return location. Received refund within 2 hours of making the return. I emailed Vionics - NO response.
I called - talked with someone at "customer service". She requested help from a "manager". The answer was, "It takes us longer with multiple shoes on a return." Still no refund. Emailed again and again and again.
No response.
Two weeks - still no refund and no response. I filed a dispute with my credit card company.
User's recommendation: Do not order from this company. Buy your Vionics from a reputable retailer. Vionics can not handle online orders professionally.

I return shoes that cost me $130 via happy returns. I was notified that the return was accepted right away.
I was told the refund was processed October 14, 2023, today is now October 31, 2023 and I still have not received my refund and Im out the shoes, I have emailed back-and-forth at least 5 to 6 times with assurance that the refund has been processed and I would be receiving any day. It was up to my bank.
I contacted my bank they have not received any refund for this purchase. I am beyond frustrated I have been wearing bionic Sandals for over 10 years with no problem, but Ive never ordered from the bionic website before this is a joke I will be filing a dispute and complaint

I didn’t receive the product. Sent to an incorrect address. Not what I entered.
Two pairs of the exact same sandals in the same size and one pair is much longer and definitely wider!

Poor On Line Service
I have always loved my Vionic shoes. I recently ordered several of my favorite ones.
I received one of the sandals in the wrong color (I ordered black and received black patent - NOT what I ordered). When I contacted the company about their mistake, they had a very easy return process that was awesome. However; when I received what should have been the shoe I ordered, they sent back the one they had already sent me!! I am so frustrated and don't want to play the return game.
If they refuse to send the shoe I ordered and paid for, then they should let me know that I just have to take what they send.
I am VERY disappointed in their service; or should I say LACK of service. I have reached out to them and am still waiting (over a week) for any kind of a response.
