I had an issue with getting credit on a return product. After much researching and diligent work on the part of the customer service representative, she resolved the problem. I appreciate her working on solution until completed.

Beat insoles that I’ve ever used. And the heel pain due to the plantar fasciitis is much easier to deal with! I’m so glad I got a person on the phone on Saturday that gave me great advice as to which insoles to order. I got my insoles the next day via Amazon. I’m so grateful.
