Issue was resolved. Was just a new system glitch by vionic.

Would highly recommend these shoes. My feet never felt better.

Shoe separation

I purchased a pair of Vionic sneakers. Item number LC 11-2020.

I had worn the sneakers 5 or 6 times for maybe 4 or 5 hours each time.

I was planning on wearing them last week and I noticed there was separation from the sole to the shoe.

I live in a north Florida and think I ordered them from Macys. There is no store nearby so here I am.

Order shoes seen in catalog

I'm disappointed I can't order shoes by phone on the weekend or reach customer service. It's too confusing. I just want to call customer service and order the shoes.

Recent experience with Vionic shoes

I have bought many pairs of Vionic shoes in the past. Their arch support is particularly good for my feet.

Until now, I never had any complaints (except that they are too expensive). Their sizing was always consistent and always worked for me. So, when I bought a recent pair that was on sale and said no returns, I knew that I wouldnt have a problem. Well, this pair of shoes didnt fit anything at all like ALL of their other shoes plus they were way too wide.

And they said too bad so I have to throw $50.00 in the trash. I will not buy from them again.

I bought the recovery sandals, they killed my feet, legs and hips. Needless to say I didn’t wear them often enough within the 30 day warranty period to get my money back.

Was not on my feet much due other foot issues, but when I did wear them just for a short period of time I hurt all over and after some time I narrowed the issue down to the shoes.

I just bought the uptown knit skimmer. Arch support great. Comfort level poor. After 15 minutes of walking both heels are raw from the back biting into them. Can’t wear these.

Disappointed by design of shoes as they bite into heel to the point I cant wear them. These are the uptown skimmers.

I returned a pair of shoes via happy returns, and was confirmed on October 9, 2023. I was told the refund was issued on October 16, 2023 after several emails back-and-forth for two weeks now where I was assured the refund was processed and I had to wait for my bank.

I now contacted my bank and still they have not received any refund. It is now October 31, 2023. I am out a pair of shoes and $126. This is becoming beyond frustrating.

I will be filing a complaint and also a dispute for this amount with my bank. Ive always worn bionic shoes have never purchased from the website and never will again.

I have a foot deformity which necessitates buying several pairs at one time and makes returns important to me. I always return your shoes in perfect condition and return in the same shoe box.

I purchased these clunky shoes in September. They are so large and manly in appearance.

I wore them once and my friends laughed so hard! These are so ugly that I am embarrassed to wear them again. I know its too late to return.

They have been on the shelf in my closet ever since. I simply wanted you to know of my disappointment
